Multi-family building with 10 homes, commercial premises, common areas and car parks. The project has been built following Passivhaus standards to achieve maximum energy efficiency with minimal air conditioning and refrigeration needs, and very low consumption. The common areas of the building include a gym, a spa and a swimming pool, connected to an interior landscaped courtyard that functions as a green lung.
The facades of the main volume have large windows protected by a second skin of fixed and mobile natural wood panels. The rest of the more opaque facades have been covered with GRC panels, in different textures.
The level of detail in the construction and installations is high, using natural materials that provide great warmth to the homes, and, at the same time, give a Mediterranean touch. These are solid French walnut doors, interiors of cedar cabinets, carefully selected oak, traditional lime plaster on walls and ceilings, solid stone sinks or antique bronze pieces that give the final touch to the interior of the homes.
